Privacy Policy for Training Evo

This Privacy Policy explains how PNN Soft ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Training Evo mobile application (the "App"). Training Evo helps you monitor your posture with your phone's camera and follow simple exercises and warm-ups for your neck, shoulders, and back. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition or provide medical advice.

1. Camera access

The App requests access to your camera to display a live view and track your body position during a session. Camera images are processed in real time for this feature. We do not record, save, or send camera photos or video to our servers or third parties. You can revoke camera permission in your device settings; posture tracking will then be unavailable.

2. Analytics and crash reports

We use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand how the App works and to fix errors. These tools may process information about feature usage, your device and operating system, the App version, app or device identifiers, and error or crash details. We use this information to measure usage, maintain the App, and improve it. Camera images are not sent to these tools.

3. In-app purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, the relevant app store processes your payment. We do not receive your full payment card number. To provide purchased access, the App may receive purchase status or transaction confirmation from the store. The store's own privacy policy governs its handling of payment information.

4. Support requests

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message, and any information you choose to provide so that we can respond. Please avoid including sensitive information unless it is necessary to resolve your request.

5. Sharing, retention, and security

We may use analytics and diagnostic service providers to process the information described in Section 2 and app stores to process purchases. Depending on the provider, information may be processed outside your country. We do not sell camera images or data derived from them.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Third-party providers may have their own retention periods and settings. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices and requests

• You can revoke camera access in your device settings.
• You can uninstall the App from your device.
• To ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us at the address below. We will review your request under applicable law and to the extent we can identify the relevant information.

7. Children

The App is not specifically designed for children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can review your request.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy if the App or our data practices change. The current version will show its effective date. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by another appropriate method.
